This report and accompanying Tableau dashboard were prepared based on the results of MNA’s and six other state association’s Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Surveys conducted in November of 2025. A total of 2,040 charitable benefit 501(c)(3) nonprofits from across Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Oregon, Hawaii, Utah, and Washington participated in the survey. This report includes data from organizations located in Montana, while additional data is available on the Tableau dashboard to compare across states and region as desired.
