  • When you are ready to register you can Head here
    • If you haven't yet created an account, please create one using the email address I have sent this to.
    • On the registration page, at the top, you should see a ticket called “In-Person Partner Ticket”. Apply this to your booth staff (1 at the Exhibitor level, 2 at Event Sponsorship level)

Please take a few moments before September 8th to update your virtual booth with a conference message to increase engagement!

  1. Login or create your Novi account here: https://members.mtnonprofit.org/create-account
    1. If you’ve already logged in, you can use your existing password. If this is your first time, create an account with the email that is receiving this message.
  2. Once you’re logged in, update your directory information in the “Company” tab. Please see this example listing for inspiration about the types of information you can add to your exhibitor booth.
    1. Make sure in this update that the contact information listed in your Company tab is who you’d like to collect leads from the conference. If you want this to be someone else after conference, you can update in October!
    2. In the “Company tab” please fill out as much information as you’d like. This will all show up on your affiliate listing if you have on in our Partners for Good Directory. The two questions below will ONLY show up in our exhibitor hall, which is the best place to share any conference specific messages or information you’d like conference attendees to see (see the Party Pony example for inspiration of how to create a message to help folks connect or reach out). You’ll be able to add, change, or edit those fields throughout the conference.
      1. We encourage you to share a personal note to invite folks to visit you or start conversation when they arrive in person!
We are excited to welcome you to the in-person conference. Please see below for details on how to make the most of your booth experience.
Most booths will be placed in the Exhibitor Hall, located right across from the Main Ballrooms this year. Other tables will be placed in high visibility locations around the building.
The schedule below includes markers for high and low traffic times. We invite you to join breakout and keynote sessions (usually low traffic in the exhibitor hall) as you wish - sometimes the best way to meet attendees is to learn alongside them!
Attendees are starting to sign up for 1:1 sessions: View here | View 1:1 Meeting Guide
  • September 16th | Booth Setup | 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Delta Hotel Helena
    • Check-in at MNA's registration desk, right past the hotel check-in desk through the front doors for your booth assignment and nametag
    • Use parking lot on the NE side to bring materials in the side door, straight to the Exhibitor Hall, located in Capitol room. Tylyn Newcomb will be at a table in front of the Exhibitor Hall to help you find your booth.
    • Each booth will include a 6' skirted table with 2-3 chairs and access to an outlet or power strip. Tables in the interior of the room will have a pipe and drape backdrop, and tables against the wall will not. Request pipe and drape backdrop by emailing Shelby.
    • At your tables, we will provide signs for you to fill out and prop up that answer the question "Ask me about...." We encourage you to answer this with one professional and one personal conversation starter. Bonus points if you mention those in your virtual booth, above!
    • Each booth will also be given 4 drink tickets to give away to attendees that can be used at either the Wednesday or Thursday night receptions and 15 raffle tickets to distribute to attendees for MNA's raffle prizes.
    • If you'd like to set up your own booth raffle, we encourage you to do so!
    • Please be finished setting up by 4:00 PM.
      • Because we have a reception in the exhibitor hall at 4:30, it is important you are set by 4:00, as exhibitors will not have space to unload materials with increased traffic.

  • September 16th | Welcome Reception in Exhibitor Hall | 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
    • The welcome reception will take place in the exhibitor hall this evening. You will receive drink tickets to share with attendees for free beer and wine. Appetizers will be served. This is a great time to meet folks, share drink tickets, and mingle.
