      How do I register my whole team for virtual conference?

• • Once your organization has purchased a conference package, all staff, board, and volunteers are eligible to register for the virtual conference.
  • Option 1: The original conference package purchaser can return to the registration page and add free “Additional Virtual Attendee” tickets to their cart to register others themselves. Each attendee will receive a registration confirmation email and begin receiving conference attendee information from MNA.
    • Best for: Registering your whole board for conference all at once or small teams who all want access to virtual conference!
  • Option 2: Each person registers themselves. Send your team the link to the registration page and they can decide for themselves if they would like to register. Once one person at the organization has purchased a conference package, everyone currently in your organization's MNA company contacts will have access to a free “Virtual Attendee Ticket”.
    • Important Note: This method depends on having up-to-date company contact information in MNA’s system! If you don’t know how to update your company profile information, view instructions here or call us at 406-449-3717.
    • Best for: Larger teams who may not all want to register.
