Rebecca Meyers has been a contract lobbyist for nearly two decades and, in 2018, founded Northbound Public Affairs, a Helena-based Government Relations and Strategic Consulting firm. Her firm serves nonprofits, industry associations, and local governments. She works with her clients to translate policy priorities into actionable legislative strategies, build bipartisan relationships and develop effective coalitions with experience spanning healthcare, behavioral health, criminal justice, business development, tax policy, regulatory process, housing, fiscal policy, and environmental health. Additional experience includes board development, feasibility studies, and facilitation.
