Hi, I’m Erica Coyle, founder of Elevation Strategies. After nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector—including 12 years as an executive director—I launched this consulting practice to help nonprofit leaders thrive.
Throughout my career, I relied on trusted consultants, coaches, and mentors to navigate challenges and pursue growth. Now, I’m here to be that partner for you.
