I coach small town and rural nonprofit leaders transition their capital campaign vision into reality. Serving as the coach to the CEO/Executive Director, capital campaign committees, and Board, I journey alongside the organization during the readiness, planning, donor engagement, quiet, and public phrases of the campaign. I specialize in adapting campaign best practices and lessons across various sub-sectors of nonprofits in a small town and rural setting. Through campaign coaching, nonprofit leaders feel confident in setting and achieving their campaign goals with time-tested strategies; overcoming challenges and setbacks during the campaign; and building a network of campaign and ongoing donor and partner support.
