RHD LLC co-designs and facilitates collaborative processes with nonprofit and civic leaders who are planning for the future. We help non-profit organizations, coalitions, and leaders build on their strengths, get clear on their vision, values, and strategies, and get comfortable with the discomfort of learning and growing in community. We work with organizations and leaders who desire to have collaborative, playful, and equitable processes, plans, and partnerships as they navigate and plan for change. Services include organizational development, capacity building, strategic planning, board development, staff development, team-building, transition and succession planning, community engagement, coalition building, and leadership advising.
