Jump Start Training & Development, led by Shannon Stober, provides experiential leadership training, coaching, and facilitation for mission-driven organizations across Montana and beyond. With more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and National Service, Shannon designs high-impact workshops, retreats, and long-term consulting partnerships grounded in adult learning theory and real-world application. Her work is supported by the Jump Start Playbook, an original 80-hour curriculum developed from field-based experience in nonprofits, conservation programs, youth development, and women’s leadership. Known for blending structure, clarity, and humor, Shannon helps leaders strengthen alignment, build capacity, and move meaningful work forward with authenticity, agency, and audacity.
